Dr. Bruce V. Hartley, CISSP

Dr. Bruce V. Hartley has worked with both Plaintiff and Defense. He has testified as an expert witness on cases involving intellectual property disputes (source code analysis and comparison), electronic mail fraud, digital forensics, software development contract matters, and protection of confidential, proprietary and trade secret information. He also has extensive experience in the entire litigation lifecycle and is an expert in the information security, digital forensics, software engineering, and electronic discovery fields. Dr. Hartley holds a doctorate degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in software engineering, two technology oriented patents and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Vladimir Kamenev has worked for both Plaintiff and Defense in several intellectual property litigations and cases involving claims of theft and data destruction. He has extensive experience in digital forensics, data analytics, software engineering, and electronic discovery. He is a qualified computer forensic examiner who holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and Accounting and is a both a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE).

Anthony Locke has extensive experience in systems, software and network engineering, information security, digital forensics, and electronic discovery. Mr. Locke holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering as well as two technology oriented patents. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
